TITLE: Photoelectron holography – Visualization of atomic structure of dopants
Atomic resolution holography, such as photoelectron holography, can visualize the 3D atomic arrangement of dopants. Doping is very important in controlling the properties of materials, but until now the atomic arrangement of dopants has not been visible. Therefore, this measurement methods are expected to be applied to many materials. Sparse modeling theory is used to obtain the atomic arrangement from the measured hologram. The principle of the atomic resolution hologram and the theory of image reproduction will be introduced.
