Prof. Yuta Yamamoto (Solid-state Information Physics Laboratory)<\/p>\n<p>TITLE:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Analyzing dopant structures in functional materials using atomic resolution holography, a novel local structural analysis technique.<\/p>\n<p>Abstract:<\/p>\n<p>The atomic arrangement information, particularly the local structures within materials such as dopants and clusters, is crucial in determining the material&#8217;s properties. However, conventional measurement techniques cannot measure these non-periodic structures within the crystal lattice. In this talk, an introduction to a measurement method called atomic-resolution holography will be provided, which is used to measure non-periodic structures existing within the periodic lattice of crystals.
