Using eLabFTW, we will organize image metadata, implement simple image-based cell scoring, and explore links between image features and gene expression profiles. As a practical example of this approach, we will also introduce its use in generating figures for our recent study, Sekiryu et al.(Stem Cell Reports, 2026).
