Prof. Taito Matsuda (Neural Regeneration and Brain Repair Laboratory)<\/p>\n<p>TITLE:<br \/>\nBuilding a foundation for the digital management and analysis of biological data<\/p>\n<p>ABSTRACT\uff1a<br \/>\nWe propose to build a prototype workflow for the digital management and analysis of biological data, focusing on confocal microscopy images and their integration with RNA-seq data. Using eLabFTW, we will organize image metadata, implement simple image-based cell scoring, and explore links between image features and gene expression profiles. As a practical example of this approach, we will also introduce its use in generating figures for our recent study, Sekiryu et al.(Stem Cell Reports, 2026).
