TITLE: 

Data-Science: Research Expansion by Bioinformatics and Chemoinformatics

Abstract:

Data-science research is a research comprised individual knowledge of scientific field, information science and statistics to find new knowledge and to systematized of data to understand their field. Here, we used metabolomics, food science, metabolite-activity relationship toward comprehensive and systematic understanding latent meaning of their data by supervised learning and unsupervised learning including deep learning. In this presentation, we introduce them by Japanese. We welcome questions during the presentation by Japanese or English.
