TITLE: Speech Translation using Neural Sequence-to-Sequence Models

Abstract:

Speech translation is a challenging task in speech and language processing for decades.
Recent advances in neural network-based methods and long-term accumulation of speech and language resources has improved speech translation technology drastically.
I’ll talk about our speech translation studies in recent years with a quick technical introduction and future challenges.
