ABSTRACT：
生成AIの飛躍的な発展を支えるため、高性能かつ低消費電力な最先端半導体プロセスの開発を推進する。本研究では、演算密度と効率を両立する新材料・微細加工技術に焦点を当て、次世代AIチップ基盤の確立を目指す。
To support the rapid advancement of generative AI, this study promotes the development of cutting-edge semiconductor processes that achieve both high performance and low power consumption. Focusing on novel materials and advanced miniaturization techniques, it aims to establish a next-generation AI chip platform.
