TITLE: Transcriptome data analysis using their geometrical properties

Abstract:

Spatial RNA-seq is a new technique to get spatial information in transcriptome, however, its spatial resolution is limited due to the size of spots. To improve the resolution, we formulated this estimation problem as an inverse problem, which resulted in an NP-complete combinatorial optimization. We used an efficient algorithm to solve it in a simple case.
