Title: Informatics in biology, medicine and pharmacology in the era of AI-Bigdata

Abstract:
Recent advances in information technology for medical treatment and drug discovery by effectively utilizing various pharmaceutical big data related to molecules and diseases will be introduced. In particular, development and application of machine learning (the basic technology of AI) to analyzing large-scale omics data such as genome, transcriptome, proteome, metabolome, interactome, etc., and to connecting them to drug development will be presented.
