TITLE:
Capturing Public Opinion and Sentiment Through Social Media Analysis

ABSTRACT：
In this talk, I will present findings from an analysis of public opinion and sentiment during the COVID-19 pandemic, using data collected from X (formerly Twitter) and crowdsourcing platforms. The analysis explores attitudes towards policies such as mask-wearing, as well as emotions like loneliness. By leveraging social media data, we gain unique insights into how people felt and reacted in real time during this unprecedented global crisis.
