TITLE:
Design of polymer materials using N-vinyllamides

ABSTRACT：
In this talk, I would like to introduce polymer materials which currently prepared in our laboratory. N-Vinylamide is vinyl monomer which nitrogen atom of amide group was directly connected with vinyl group. Since it is non-conjugated vinyl monomers, the polymerization reactivity is low and therefore, their diversification was limit. Based on the features and properties of the poly(N-vinylamides), the new stretchable hydrogels and strong elastic blends with natural rubber were obtained, utilizing the combination with low hydrophobic monomer and carbon radical specific reactivity, respectively.
