Title: Machine learning methods for microscopic data analysis
Abstract:
In materials science, precisely identifying structures from microscopic measurement data is fundamental and important. Due to the rapid generation of large amounts of measure data, machine learning approaches has become increasingly important. This lecture introduces machine learning methods to estimate material structures of materials from spectral imaging data measured by quantum beams such as X-ray or electron beams. For understanding related methods, the basic concept and theory of unsupervised learning are introduced.
