Title: Application of tensor decomposition based unsupervised feature
extraction to genomic science

Abstract:
Genome science made use of machine learning approach before data
scinece has become popular. Genome science using tensor decomposition
has just started recently. We also developed a tensor decomposition
based method and applied it to genome science as a large p small n
problem. Topics including in silico drug discovery toward COVID-19 will
be reported.
