TITLE:
Swarm intelligence searches for band bending potentials of Si nano-thick space-charge layers consistent with the measured subband levels
ABSTRACT:
Attempts to interpret experimental data often get stuck because there is no theory available to explain the results. To address the issue, we are developing a swarm intelligence-based method that allows us to obtain electron potentials from experimentally obtained electronic energies. In this talk, I present the application of this method to the search for band-bending potentials consistent with experimentally obtained electronic states in Si nano-thick space-charge layers.
