Title: Multidimensional Image Processing for Biological Images Bio-image towards, visualization, quantitative analysis, and simulation

Abstract:
Recent advances in biomedical imaging devices made us possible to obtain the detailed image data of the interior of a body and diagnosing disease. Therefore, we can visualize precise three-dimensional (3D) feature of the abnormal lesion, like cancer, inside the organs by analyzing large-scale 3D image. Moreover, we can extract further valuable information from multiple dimension data consist of multiple time shift of 3D images, additionally, by aligned transformation of multi-modality data combination such as CT&MRI, we can easily compare the same spatial position result in enhancing the value of the data.
We introduce our software and techniques on image processing and analyzing dense multi-dimensional image data and clinical applications of automatic image diagnosis and simulation.
