Title: Application of informatics to crystal growth processes
Abstract:
This lecture explores the application of informatics methods to crystal growth processes, particularly focusing on the optimization of crystal growth conditions using neural network-based surrogate models and operational optimization through a combination of Gaussian Mixture Models and reinforcement learning. By overviewing these applications in crystal growth processes, the lecture aims to provide insights into applying informatics to various manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing manufacturing practices.
