TITLE:  Elucidation of intracellular dynamic systems by converting
individually observed time series into simultaneous observations

Abstract:

Multiple species of biomolecules regulate cellular deformation in a coordinated, dynamic, and continuous manner. To quantitatively clarify these three properties, it is necessary to
relate the time series of molecular activities and deformations. However, measuring these time series simultaneously is challenging, and despite numerous studies, the coordinated regulation of cellular deformation by multiple key molecules remains unexplored. In this talk, I will demonstrate how this problem was addressed by applying a straightforward pre-processing technique to the experimental data.
