TITLE:
Building a foundation for the digital management and analysis of biological data

ABSTRACT：
We propose to build a prototype workflow for the digital management and analysis of biological data, focusing on confocal microscopy images and their integration with RNA-seq data. Using eLabFTW, we will organize image metadata, implement simple image-based cell scoring, and explore links between image features and gene expression profiles. As a practical example of this approach, we will also introduce its use in generating figures for our recent study, Sekiryu et al.(Stem Cell Reports, 2026). The ultimate goal is to establish a data-driven feedback process in which experimental observations can be efficiently translated into improved research planning.
