Title: Progress of Semiconductor Technologies Supporting the Data Science

Abstract:
Data science, which is attracting attention as a new academic field to accelerate R&D and to solve social issues, is realized by the aggressive progress of semiconductor technologies. This lecture presents the scaling technologies of transistors and memories and the 3D integration technologies called as chiplets and share the latest trends of semiconductor developments in the world.
